SERVICES FOR 2009 In Tranent Parish Church - There is a service every Sunday morning at 11:00am in the church (except on Remembrance Sunday when it is 11:30am).
- The last Sunday of each month is an all-age family worship in the church.
Communion services are held at 11am on:
- Sunday February 1st
- Easter Sunday, April 12th
- Sunday May 10th
- Sunday September 6th
- Sunday November 1st

Church AGM 15th March (after morning service)
Harvest Thanksgiving 11am October 6th (Elphinstone Wednesday Sept. 30th)
Christmas Family Service 11am December 20th • Joint Christmas Eve Service 7:00pm December 24th
Other Services
The Guild meets on alternate Tuesdays from Ocotber to April, in the Church Hall, 7:15pm.
Bible study - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm - currently being held in members' houses. See weekly church notices.
Weekly prayer meeting in the counting room prior to the Sunday service at 10:25am.
Elphinstone
Services are now being held in the school hall. The children's Sunday school meeting is now replaced by a meeting every Wednesday from 6pm until 7pm, except for the last Wednesday of each month when there is a family service at the same time.
Muirpark Gardens Sheltered Housing
2:30pm on the third Wednesday of February, April, May (communion), June, August, October, November (communion) and December.
Loch Square Sheltered Housing
2:30pm on the third Thursday of February, April, May (communion), June, August, October, November (communion) and December.
